On 04.12.2022 the Trust of Programs in cooperation with Defense for Children International (DCI) held an awareness meeting for the learn by play coordinators in Jerusalem on “sexual abuse of children”. Psychologist Maha Al-Rifai defined the abuse and the physical, behavioral and psychological symptoms on children, the reasons why some families do not report the abuse and the negative effect on the educational level of the abused, and methods of intervention.
